Claim damages from Google with no financial risk
Class action for publishers over reduced advertising revenue
based on the European Commission’s “Google AdTech” decision of 5 September 2025
A project by unilegion, Europe’s leading provider of competition law class actions, based in Hamburg.
The infringement
According to the findings of the European Commission and the French competition authority, from at least January 2014 to September 2025 — more than ten years — Google systematically favoured its own ad exchange, AdX, thereby distorting competition for publishers’ ad inventory. More information
Why damages are due
The competition law infringement caused publishers to earn less from their ad inventory. Google must compensate them for this loss. For example, in decisions dated 10 March 2026, the Paris Commercial Court has already awarded damages to publishers. More information
Our offer
unilegion is therefore organising a fully funded class action for damages on behalf of publishers across the EU that were harmed by Google’s infringement. We receive a commission on the proceeds recovered only if the action succeeds. More information
